David asked him to replay this original conversation from 1977 only once, around age 14 as Grandpa was preparing to die in August of 1987. He confirmed David’s original response, but didn’t know what any of the words meant, as he was adopted and raised by a Spanish family and outright denied his Cherokee heritage and Tsalagi language.
During an earlier visit (he degraded over 2 weeks)
Grand father: “your dear Grand Mother
who you unfortunately never met,
was told by her Mother via her Grand mother
that her bloodline would have a grand son,
which would exhibit profound wisdom
and peaceful existing at a very young age”.
ggg Mother’s message via gg Mother’s deathbed to g Mother (Blas’ wife) (~1932): “That great grandson
must hear this message.
If he is ‘the one’, he will know
what the message means someday, and what to do with it.”
The 1977 message was just one word for David, “nvWatoHiyadv”
… meaning, Harmony IS your life pattern and your GGGma’s pattern, and you are Tsalagi of the Anitsiskwa Eagle clan
… one Reminding Affirmation.
Grand father recalled during this replay conversation, that his departed wife’s mother also said of the grandson,
“your grand mothers also said often … uhhh … something like … doe, he, … uhhh, doe-he-yee”
DoHiYi means “where peace resides” or “walks in peace / kindly with great compassion”.
GGG mother’s escape from a prison encampment (story excerpt here) on the Cherokee Trail of Tears (full AmazonPrime movie: 15min 51 sec) was to ensure the delivery of this message to a grandson of lineage, who COULD help Life to rebalance as a Matriarchy of balanced Feminine and Masculine energy/action.
During the last exchange …
David: “do you remember our conversation on the back porch when I was real young?
… the one with a message from Grandmother?”
Gpa: “I shared the word with you … uh … hmmm …
I’m sorry David, I don’t feel good … can’t remember now”
David: “that’s ok Grandpa, I love you! … do you remember how I responded?”
Gpa: “oh yah, you sounded really confident … I didn’t know what you said at first …
almost sounded similar to the language of your Grandmothers.
But you did say ‘thank you! … and … …. uhhh …. i know i am! or something like that.
You surprised me kid.”
David sat there smiling, remembering the Tsalagi response fully.
“How did you know what the words meant David?”
As I tried to explain, with my limited vocabulary at this young age,
Grandpa tired out and fell asleep.
This was the end of their very last exchange.
Again though, Grandpa didn’t know what these words meant, having lost all access to his true heritage. David would much later here this same word as part of his Naming Ceremony. The beauty of these asynchronous affirmations across hundreds of years, fills David’s spirit. In 2022, David fully deciphered his Spirit name, affirming his and his ancestors’ life mission, continuing.
Grandpa was HIDDEN by a loving, adopting Spanish family. Ironic that those initiating the Hellish American pain (Spainards) wound up saving our Cherokee family? You must understand the Genocide that was very much alive as of 1900, to appreciate why David’s Grandfather and all generations since, were “hidden” under a non Cherokee identity.
