David is a proud Indigenous energy that held on to the Original Way of living and Understanding how to Flow within the Great Mysterious energy That-is (ALL of Life).

According to "blood quantum" and expanding deception from the BIA, David remains 63% directly traceable to the lands of:

    • the Great Lakes Region (Nayanno-nibiimaang Gichigamiin)
    • the Smokey mountains of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Carolinas, Georgia and Alabama
    • the Rio Grande River region, crossing Mexico, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado.

But he is 100% Original and honoring of his true life energy / pattern within the Great Mystery of existING.

"David" is a Christian name assigned by his parents as part of USA Gov't requirements for a SSN# assignment and birth certificate issuance (must have 1st and Last name).  His indigenous parents were forced into the Religion; understand Indigenous history please.

While the sound of "David" is sweet, associated with fond memories growing up, of which he is so grateful, he's always thought of his Self via his spirit name (offered by Ancestors).   Indigenous Peoples generally embraced only ONE name, either a trait name (younger ages) often associated with their more-than-human relatives, or a formally granted Spirit name as part of a naming cermony.

The CONcept of a surname ("yes Sir name") is part of a Patriarchichal world-view including Hierarchy and painful Domination.

Over the 2nd half of his lifetime, he'll eventually no longer respond to the colonized First name of "David".  He'll favor just being called Harmony.

David's lineage is 1/2 indigenous blood quantum on his mother's side, and 3/4 on his father's side.  .50 + .75 = 125% divided by 2 ("halved") = 62.5 %

5 of his 8 Great Grandparents, were full blood Originals from these lands.

David IS a current manifestation (not a forgotten, racially profiled 23nMe version of) OF the beautiful Peoples known as ...

    • the Anishinaabe (the Abenaki / Wôbanakiak and later adoption by migrations to the Ojibwa or Odawa)
    • the Kanienʼkehá:ka (aka Mohawk within the Iroquois Confederacy)
    • the Numunuu (aka Comanche)
    • the Nde' Lipan (aka Apache)
    • the Tsalagi known as the AniYunWiYa (aka Cherokee)
    • and by painful colonization (which he explains below, why he completely rejects this portion of lineage), also the
      • Irish
      • French
      • Italian

David FEELs and understands the Great Lakes Region, to be HOME.   While he yearns to visit and feel the Smoky Mountains, he knows Michigan to BE ... home.  Especially northern west Michigami, near the Bays and rolling hills.   He will die here, returning to this part of Mother 🌎.

Born and raised in cession 205 of Michigan, spending years in Grand Traverse and surrounding counties visiting family (sensing his true family nearby), with frequent vacations on the connecting lakes and rivers, meant something much more to him, silencing him to the point of overhearing parents concerned of a 'condition of some kind'.   Quite the opposite.   manUnkind's attempt to Condition him, failed.   His senses were alive, carrying-over memories that scientists would deny possible, until ~2017 when they began to admit (Genetic Memory; the entire Body stores/recalls memories across generations) what our Ancestors always Understood (through direct observation and adaptation).

He prefers to be approached using the following indigenous Nation names, IN their languages, honoring him as:

"peace resting [flowing] quietly in [knowing all is constantly reBalancing in] Harmony"

in short ... just call him HARMONY (and nothing else)

FYI:  it is usually improper and based on the perspective and history of those Peoples, can be insulting to refer to Peoples original to the north-western hemisphere as "Natives" or "Indians".   Just like people from Europe or China, if you do know their language or nation of origin, use that instead.

Good example:  "this is Jack, he's from France" or "this is Juan from Brazil" or "this is Chris from Taiwan".
Bad examples, involve labeling Peoples of proud distinct cultures, as one broad racial category like "white people" or "Asian" or "the red man" in our case.

Your safest approach, if unsure how to introduce an Indigenous person [or anyone], is to allow them to introduce their self.   Then try to remember for future introductions.   Ask soon after the intro and learn who they really are.  ; )

Culture is NOT a "color".   It is the beautiful result of Language bonding People, who choose to unite in a specific location on Earth, over long-periods of time.
