This song touched me, because my wife’s biological mother (last name Moon) was a professional singer (died in 2007) who had to give up my dear wife at 4 days old. They reconnected late in life. My 2011 birthday gift to her was a digitally recorded album of her bio mom singing Moon River. 🙏🏽. It’s one of the few times I’ve seen my wife cry freely.
